MAIN ENTRANCE

The main entrance to the property is located on 256th street in South Aldergrove just a few metres from the US border. A long manicured driveway passes the gatehouse and manager's residence to the farm gate.

GATE HOUSE

A 1200 ft gate house is situated on the south side of the driveway across from the farm manager's residence, just outside the farm gate leading to the stable and pasture area which takes up most of the farm's 100 acres.

INNER DRIVEWAY

Well maintained stallion paddocks line the driveway as it pproaches the main stable area. The stallion barn is visible on the right.

RACING BARN

Training of Canmor's racing stable takes place out of the newly-renovated racing barn, located on the south side of the farm bordering the main residence.

EQUI-CISER

One of the unique amenities at Canmor is the state-of-the-art equine Equi-Ciser. Offering numerous benefits for horses and and their handlers, the modern training device was installed in 2008.

TRAINING TRACK

Canmor's 3.5 furlong training track provides a quiet setting for horses to keep racing-fit while vacationing from the stress of the racetrack. The track has a new safety rail and a portable starting gate.

PADDOCKS

The spacious, rolling pasture land at Canmor stretches as far as the eye can see. Broodmares, foals, and yearlings can stretch their legs and enjoy the stress-free environment. Fencing is safe and well-maintained.
